These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)

All orders within the United Arab Emirates are shipped via "Shipa." Delivery is free of charge for all orders above AED 500.

Shipping to GCC

All orders within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) are shipped via "FedEx." Delivery is free of charge for all orders above AED 1,500.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via "FedEx." Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.


Delivery Terms

  • Processing Time: Generally, orders are dispatched for shipping within 7–14 working days.

  • Peak Seasons: During high seasons, sales, and promotional offers, delivery time may extend to 3–4 weeks.

  • Change of Delivery Address: We can process address change requests at any time before the order has been dispatched.

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Military Addresses: We do not offer shipping to military addresses.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock or requires a special design, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your entire order. Other items in the order will be reserved during this time.

  • Exceeded Delivery Time: If delivery has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.


Tracking & Damage

  • Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the courier.

  • Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged, please take a photo of it and contact our customer service immediately.

Duties & Taxes

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT is calculated at checkout based on your shipping and billing addresses.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These vary by country; we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.


Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Cancellations: Since all pieces are Made to Order, we do not offer any cancellations once the order is placed and the confirmation email has been sent.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: We do not accept refunds or exchanges as items are custom-made. However, we can accommodate minor alterations (e.g., shortening/lengthening a chain or adding a side diamond), provided it does not affect the core design of the piece.


Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

  • Process for Damage: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

  • Process for Loss: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has conducted an investigation and officially deemed the parcel lost.
